So bummed

The house we had an offer on in Galt has gone into foreclosure.  I guess Bank of America hates us that much that they would rather go into foreclosure than sell to us at the asking price.  I hate B of A right back for being jerks to us when Howard was unemployed, so I guess it is mutual animosity. That leaves us with no home to move into in about 30 days though, which is just a tad more stressful than before.

In other news, thanks to all the stress eating, my pants no longer fit, hooray.  Nothing like going shopping for fat pants.  Also, we still have no renter and I am questioning our choice of a property manager.  I mean, I could list it on Craigslist myself, kwim?  Also, my keyboard is covered with a mystery substance and my fingers are sticking to the shift, enter, backspace and apostrophe keys.

This is the last week of softball and I am grateful for that.  I have plans to do fun stuff with the kids today, if they would ever finally get dressed and stop fighting long enough to get a sheet at Unique Thrift (all extra bedding is packed) and some squirt bottles at the dollar store so they can paint with Kool Aid.  Also we need some bubbles, water bottles and cheap washcloths to make bubble snakes.  If I can shake off my blues, it should be a fun day.

Perhaps you should advertise your self. Sorry about all your bad luck.

I keep thinking of the saying: when God closes a door, he opens a window. Well, I hope he opens it really wide and lets a lot of air blow in. Love ya!

I think I've been stress eating for about the last 25 years because I'm hearing you about the pants thing. Hope your day goes better. Just one look at that cute face below ought to do it!

I'm so sorry to hear about the house. At this point, I think banks deserve to take a huge loss- they're making such stupid decisions!!
I hear ya with the fat pants. Not fun.
I hope things start falling in place for you soon so the stress level goes down and you can enjoy things more.
