Good Stuff

A big thank you to Mark and Rebecca. They gave us Boondocks gift cards and a stocking full of tokens for Christmas. They also gave us buy one attraction get one free cards. Howard took Monday off. The kids did some early school and then we headed off. We had so much fun. The girls did Laser Tag for the first time. I went with them and it was crazy. Then Howard had a turn. We did the batting cages until Annie got pegged on the foot by an inside pitch.

Sarah played the arcade games and scored big on Spongebob. She enjoyed playing on the climbing structure so much that she didn't make it to the potty in time. Somewhere while trying to climb down she had an accident. This was while I was in Laser Tag with the girls. Howard said she started stripping in the structure. He persuaded her to put her clothes on and changed her. Luckily she was wearing fleece pants and it absorbed the pee so the structure was safe.

It was great. The kids fell asleep on the way back home. Then Annie and Emma went to gymnastics. We read more of The Knight as Dawn and had yummy burritos for dinner. All in all we had a wonderful day. I love the flexibilty of homeschooling.
