I haven't been posting much. We have been a bit busy though. We had the rush to finish school stuff before we had to turn in our books on the 29th of May. That was fun. In addition, Annie has started softball, Emma has started T-ball, Emma graduated from Kindergarten, the girls had a gymnastics mini-meet, our dishwasher died, Howard is getting laid off, I turned 31 and my in-laws are moving in.
I guess I have been a bit stressed and blogging has been the least of my worries. I was going to do a picture overload but then I decided maybe I should copy my pictures to a DVD since this computer crashes most of the time. The only problem is that my computer is refusing to burn DVDs and I threw away the CDrs because earlier the same stupid computer refused to burn those. It is getting a little frustrating. I can't reboot it because when I turn it off it doesn't want to turn on again. So it stays on all the time, getting slower and slower.
Kind of like me. Its almost 11 and I am still in my pjs, as are the kids. I have no plans for the day, except taking Annie to practice at 7, if the fields are dry enough from all the rain. I know its summer, what is with the rain? I have lots to do, but no motivation to do it. The only thing I have done lately is read Fablehaven 4, Secrets of the Dragon Sanctuary, which was fantastic, btw.

Okay, on to cheerier business. Last night one kid wanted quesedillas, another wanted fries and another wanted a drink. I compromised by having restaurant night. I made quesedillas, fries, and applesauce on the side. I put their meals in individual containers, lined with paper towels. They also used kids cups from who-knows-when we last went out. I made Brazilian Lemonade to drink. It was awesome. The kids felt like it was a night out, I made dinner with very little effort and easy clean up. A win all around.

I also sold a bunch of stuff in our garage sale and got a smokin farmer tan at the same time. We didnt' make much money but we got rid of stuff and that was the main thing. Now I am having to resist the urge to throw everything out. If you happen to see lots of stuff piled outside my house, you will know that I couldn't take it anymore. Also, if anyone wants to buy Aurora Academy skorts in size 5, blue and plaid, I have some to get rid of. Just sayin.

Off to go sort out fights, sort out laundry and sort out my life.
